Questions from buyers
Answers to what dealers and fleet buyers ask most often before ordering vehicles from China.
Can I order a single vehicle?
Yes. We quote single units as well as container and fleet orders. Shipping cost per vehicle drops when several cars share a container or a RoRo booking.
Are the vehicles new?
Your quotation states the vehicle's condition, model year and trim. Before loading, you receive photos and video of the actual vehicle, including the VIN plate and odometer.
Left-hand or right-hand drive?
Cars built for the Chinese market are left-hand drive. Some models are also built in right-hand-drive versions for export. Tell us your market and we will confirm what is available.
Will an electric car charge in my country?
Chinese domestic models use the GB/T charging standard, while many export markets use CCS2. Depending on the model, we supply an export version with a CCS2 port or an adapter. Check your local chargers and grid before ordering.
Can the screen and voice control be in English?
Domestic versions ship with a Chinese interface. For many models we can arrange an English interface before shipping. Some features that rely on Chinese apps and online services will not work abroad. We confirm this per model.
Which prices do you quote?
FOB a Chinese port, or CFR / CIF your destination port. Import duties, taxes, destination port charges and registration in your country are paid by the buyer.
How do I pay?
Usually by T/T: a deposit to confirm the order and the balance before the shipping documents are released. Letters of credit are accepted for larger orders.
Which documents will I receive?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, plus the vehicle documents required for export. Your customs broker uses these for import clearance.
Is there a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties often apply only in the country of sale. Warranty and spare-parts support depend on the brand and your market, and your quotation states what applies.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on vehicle availability, the shipping method and sailing schedules. Your quotation includes an estimated loading date and transit time.
